Night Launch respects your privacy. The game does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information or gameplay information. Night Launch does not require an account and does not use advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, location services, contacts, photos, the microphone, the camera, or push notifications.

Information stored on your device

Player initials, settings, and high scores may be stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to Baccar-i Customs or any third party. Removing the app normally removes this local data, subject to your device's backup and restoration features.

Children's privacy

Because Night Launch does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party services

Night Launch does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. Distribution platforms such as Apple or Google may independently process purchase and download information under their own privacy policies; the developer does not receive your full payment credentials.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before the affected feature is released.
