These terms apply to your use of Night Launch. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable app marketplace's terms.

License

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Night Launch for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the marketplace rules that apply to your purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, bypass security, interfere with operation, or use game assets separately except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases

Purchases, refunds, family sharing, and payment processing are handled by the marketplace from which you obtained the game and are governed by that marketplace's policies.

Availability and changes

The game may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Compatibility with every device or future operating-system version is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Launch is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
